EXCITING NEWS FROM THE CLAYTONES!

We have officially added a fourth member to the band! We’re so happy to welcome Pat McLaughlin to our group. He’s one of the greatest guitar & mandolin players and basically the nicest human ever. We are beyond thrilled! Our first show as the new & improved Claytones will be March 16th at the Old Town Hall in Almonte, ON (double bill with Ariana Gillis.) It’s going to be such an amazing night in one of the Ottawa Valley’s most beautiful venues!! Tickets are available at Mill St. Books (613-256-9090)

Folk Alliance International

Well friends, we’ve enjoyed our 6 week  hibernation/hiatus, and now we’re itching to start playing together again. We had a great Family Day dinner and rehearsal yesterday and luckily it didn’t take too long to dust off the Claytone cobwebs. We also made a pretty big decision last night that we can’t wait to share with you, stay tuned and we’ll be announcing the big news in March. Let’s just say it’s going to be an excellent year with some exciting changes!

We’re just a few days away from Folk Alliance International in Toronto and we are beyond excited! We have 9 showcases spread over 3 nights and we’ll be playing in some really cool rooms. We’re looking forward to catching up with old friends and meeting some new ones!
